If you would like an item in your order wrapped, I would be happy to wrap the present for you - please indicate which item you would like wrapped in the notes section at check out. If the item is large and would need more than one sheet of paper, I will contact you via email.

Your order will be delivered by Post Haste, NZ Post, or NZ Couriers. If you would like the order to require signature for delivery, please let us know in the Special Instructions box below your cart before Checkout.
Orders placed on a weekday are usually shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following weekday. Orders will normally be sent using overnight options, but please allow an extra couple of days for rural orders.
All orders are wrapped in Pictura tissue paper, but if you would like a handwritten note or have any other special delivery instructions, please include this in the Special Instructions box.
Please note there is a Rural Delivery surcharge for rural addresses. Please make sure to choose this shipping option at check out if your address is classified as rural.
We only offer delivery within New Zealand at this time. If you are based overseas, please email us at hello@picturabooks.co.nz and we'll do out best to accommodate.
